About Todd Gray, Hypnotherapist

Welcome to my virtual realm in cyber space. I'm Todd L. Gray, Certified Master Hypnotist, Hypnotherapist and Strategic Intervention Coach. That's quite the mouthful, right? Personally, I'm not so much about labels and titles, but that's the kind of stuff people usually want to know before we get started.

Now that we have that stuff out of the way, let me say, that I look forward to meeting you. I'm positive that you are going to enjoy discovering all the ways that Hypnoformance can improve your performance in all areas of your life.

I also want to say congratulations, because the fact that you are here, reading these words on this page, confirms that you are the type of person who wants more out of life. To that end, we are kindred spirits. I look forward to getting to know you better and helping you achieve your goals.

Some people say that life is but a dream...

Obviously, since we're just getting to know each other, I don't yet know the challenges and obstacles that you face in life. But, I want you to know that you are not alone. Each of us faces challenges in our lives, some of them are more difficult than others. I'm not here to blow sunshine in your general proximity. I'm not going to tell you to just think positive and everything will be okay. Denial never helped anybody get through anything for long.

However, I will tell you that focusing on the positive things in your life and practicing gratitude will go a long way towards making your life more enjoyable. This I know from personal experience, because I have walked through fire and risen from the ashes of my former life. Whatever challenges you face in life, I assure you that there is light at the end of the tunnel if you look for it. This is not a rah rah session, I speak from experience:

  • My step-mother committed suicide when I was 12.
  • My alcoholic father murdered my next step-mother when I was 19.
  • He also shot my brother and cousin at the same time.
  • I got married, had an affair, and got divorced at a young age (with 3 wonderful children).
  • I married Robin (the woman I had the affair with).
  • My step-daughter Niki was diagnosed wit Fanconi A-Plastic anemia at 5 years old.
  • Niki died of that terminal illness at 24 years old on February 01, 2004.
  • Robin, killed herself as a result on June 01, 2005.
  • Her family sued me, our company, and the estate for everything.
  • The litigation lasted 8 long years, during which I lost everything.
  • Everything includes the houses, the business, the boat, the cars, everything.

That experience taught me something...

Not the least of which is that I'm resilient. I am strong. I am driven. I am a Phoenix. And you my friend, you are also stronger than you might imagine. While there might be times when we trip and fall down the proverbial rabbit hole, the reality is that we can all find our way out of the abyss with a little guidance. I'm thankful to all the people who did their best to catch me when I fell.

I am grateful for the people who recognized my potential, and didn't allow me to fall further into the abyss. There are some beautiful guiding lights floating around out there in this universe. I hope that you can appreciate the reason why I'm telling you all of this. It's not to say look at me, look what I've been through. But rather, to let you know that whatever challenges you face in life, that you have the inner strength to endure and triumph.

My personal adventure led me down a path of healing and personal growth. Throughout the past few years, I've had the honor and the privilege of working with some of the greatest personal development coaches in the world. I became a certified strategic intervention coach, under the tutelage of Tony Robbins and psychologist Chloe Madanes of the Robbins-Madanes Training Center.

I attended the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) and earned my certification in Hypnotherapy. As I'm sure you expect, this is just the beginning of the journey. There is much more to learn, more to discover, and more to accomplish. Learning new skills and improving my talents as a hypno-coach is one of my passions. Thus I am always enrolled in speciality classes related to hypnotherapy and personal development.

Today is a great day to reinvent yourself!

Are you aware that today is a great day to reinvent yourself? Obviously, there is a lot of turmoil in my past, if I choose to focus on it. However, I'm going to let you in on a little secret. I spend very little time thinking about the past, because there is no way to go back and change any of it. On the same note, I don't spend a lot of time thinking about the future. Because none of us know exactly how much time we have on this beautiful planet.

If I've learned anything from "all of this" it is that the only time we really have is right now. Which is why I've learned to live in the present. It is a gift which I would wish upon you now. It is something which I work on with a lot of my clients. It is the reason why I travel so much, and the reason why I've built my practice around the online model of the world.

While I'm based out of Roseburg, Oregon, the reality is that I spend the good majority of my time in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. I'm not some old retired guy either, you'll discover that I work quite a lot. The difference is that I've learned how to harness the power of the internet to free myself from the traditional 9-5 office model of the world.

If you'd like to learn more about that, be sure to follow me on Instagram, and read the blog!

I think that this is enough about me, I hope that this little journey down the rabbit hole that leads to my past, provides you with some insight into the real world experience that brought me to this leg of the journey. I really get a kick out of helping people get unstuck and see their full potential. I look forward to working with you.

All the best!
