About Todd Gray, your Hypnotherapist:

Schedule Your First Session Right Now & Get Started:

They say that life is but a dream:

Obviously, I don’t know the kinds of challenges and obstacles that you face in life. After all, you and I are just beginning to get to know each other. However, I want you to know that you are not alone.

As a matter of fact, every single one of us will face unique challenges at some point in our lives. In that event, some of those challenges will be more difficult than others. Despite what you might have heard about personal development coaches, I'm not here to blow sunshine in your general direction.

With that in mind, I won't try to placate you with "the usual advice" to think positive. As a matter of fact, I don't think that denial has ever helped anybody get through anything well. Although that may be true, I will say that practicing gratitude is a good habit to get into.

In fact, I know the power of positive thinking from personal experience. As a matter of fact, I’ve walked through fire and risen from the ashes more than a few times in this lifetime. With that in mind, I assure you that there is light at the end of the tunnel regardless of the challenges you face.

This is not a mindless rah-rah session.

Because I speak from personal experience:

  • I am the child of divorced parents.
  • My father is an alcoholic.
  • My step-mother committed suicide when I was 12.
  • My father murdered my next step-mother when I was 19.
  • On that fateful day, my father also shot my brother and cousin.
  • I got married at a young age, had an affair, and divorced (with 3 wonderful children).
  • I married the woman I had an affair with (Robin).
  • My step-daughter Niki was diagnosed with Fanconi A-Plastic anemia at five years old.
  • Niki died of that terminal illness at 24 years old on February 01, 2004.
  • Robin killed herself on June 01, 2005 (and I found the body).
  • Her family sued me, the company, and the estate for everything.
  • The litigation lasted eight long years, during which I lost everything.
  • I won the lawsuit and the plaintiff went to prison (imagine that).
  • But "everything was already lost" including the houses, the business, the boat, the cars, everything.

The sum of past events:

In the event that you're keeping track, you'll see that three prominent woman in my life have died violent deaths:

  • Two by their own hand.
  • All three died due to gunshot wounds to the head.

In the first place, it is important to realize that these events are the basis for my story. However, it is also important to realize that all of these things happened in the past. In other words, they are not happening now and there is no reason to relive them. At the same time, sharing my story might help you find meaning in the nature of your experience.

Making sense of the past:

As a matter of fact, all of those experiences taught me something:

  • I am resilient.
  • Incredibly strong.
  • Driven to succeed.
  • I am a Phoenix.

Consequently, I help a lot of people who suffer from PTSD. In addition, I work a lot with suicide prevention and survivors of suicide. Apparently, that is the phrase that best describes those of us left behind to bear their pain.

With this in mind, I want you to know that you are stronger than you might imagine. Of course, there might still be times when we trip and fall down the proverbial rabbit hole. That's okay, because we can always find our way out of the darkness with a little guidance.

As a matter of fact, I’m eternally grateful for all the people who did their best to catch me when I stumbled. But most of all, I am grateful for those few who saw my potential. Because those are the people who saved me from sliding further down into the abyss.

Discovering your inner guiding light:

To begin with, I'd like to say that there are some beautiful guiding lights floating around in this universe. However, the majority of those stars that sparkle so brightly were once planets that exploded. With that in mind, I'm not here to say: "Look at me, look at all that I've been through."

Rather, I'm here to let you know that you can overcome whatever challenges you face in life. As a matter of fact, I'm certain that you have the inner strength to endure and triumph. After all, I had to find that strength within myself in order to get to where I am today. In that event, my personal adventure led down a path of healing and personal growth.

In fact, throughout the past few years, I’ve had the honor and the privilege of working with some of the greatest personal development coaches in the world. In the first place, I studied strategic intervention under the tutelage of Tony Robbins and psychologist Chloe Madanes.

After that, I attended the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) where I earned my certification in Hypnotherapy. With that in mind, I’m certain you realize that this is just the beginning of the journey. After all, there is so much more to learn, discover, and accomplish.

As a matter of fact, learning new skills and improving my talents as a hypno-coach is one of my passions. With that in mind, I am always taking continuing education classes related to this field. After all, life is an adventure with continual opportunities for personal development and growth.

How to reinvent yourself:

In case you were wondering, today is a great time to reinvent yourself. Obviously, we all have a lot of baggage from our past. As a matter of fact, I have tons of it (see above) but I see no point in wallowing in it. After all, there is no point crying over spilt milk because that isn't going to fix anything.

With that in mind, I try to focus on living in the present and enjoying each moment fully. As a matter of fact, I think that the past is little more than a lesson learned. In addition, I don't spend a lot of time obsessing about the future either. After all, none of us know exactly how much time we have on this beautiful planet.

If I’ve learned anything from “all of this” it is that the only time we really have is right now. That is why I’ve learned to live in the present. With that in mind, the present is a gift that I wish upon you here and now. As a matter of fact, this is an idea that most people enjoy practicing.

Online Hypnotherapy & Coaching Sessions:

Under the circumstances, the majority of my hypnotherapy and coaching sessions are held online. That's because I built my practice in a way that enables me to travel. As a matter of fact, I'm based out of Roseburg, Oregon. However, I spend the majority of my time in Puerto Vallarta or Play del Carmen, Mexico.

Before you get the wrong impression, I'm not some old retired guy who spends all his time on the beach. As a matter of fact, you'll discover that I work more than you might imagine. However, I've learned how to harness the power of the internet. Under those circumstances, I've been able to free myself from the traditional 9-5 office model of corporate America.

Be sure to follow me on Instagram to learn more about how to create an online lifestyle. In any case, that's enough about me because now it's time to talk about you. With that in mind, I look forward to our first online session.

All the best!
